Dr. Sachin Joshi, a passionate inventor, innovator and developer had a dream, pursued it and is continuously working towards its fulfilment. With a conscious decision to undertake training in an upcoming field, he enrolled for an engineering degree in Polymer Science at MIT, a prestigious Engineering School, in Pune, Maharashtra- India. After a few years of industry experience in Multi-nationals and Research organizations, his entrepreneurial streak surfaced and led him to set up his own venture, which began in his backyard and expanded into a full grown, highly successful business enterprise in an industrial estate in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai.India

Sachin has more than 30 years of rich experience & expertise in research, development & manufacture of Polymeric based high-performance paints and coatings for diverse, high -end engineering applications.

He has closely worked with many international corporates and governments for developing customized solutions to meet their specific technical requirements of paints & coatings. A strong believer in self- learning and hard work, his indigenous development efforts, have created a strong identity and impeccable credentials of developing cost effective, world class, breakthrough substitutes for critical & sensitive applications. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he heads an organization which has been persistent and consistent in providing high performance products that have a global presence. Many of his products and the technology have been awarded patents across the globe.
